After his death, the Jack Hannon ‘Full Throttle’ Fund set out to help Jack’s loving spirit live on through charitable projects that bring joy to children.

The award-winning project, JCH Full Throttle Field, stands as a testament to community spirit and remembrance. Conceived to honor the memory of Jack Casey Hannon, a beloved child who tragically passed away at the age of five in 2021, this project embodies Jack’s passion for sports, particularly baseball. Inspired by Jack’s fondness for playing on the Whiffle Ball Field at the Philadelphia Phillies Citizens Bank Park, the JCH Full Throttle Field was designed to provide a modern Whiffle Ball experience in his hometown of Moorestown, NJ.

Kristin Hannon said, “When thinking of how to honor Jack best and spread his spirit, our family knew that building a state-of-the-art wiffle ball field would be a wonderful tribute.” The Full Throttle Field was made possible by committed volunteers and the overwhelming generosity of donors to the Full Throttle Fund.

With donations raised, the Full Throttle Fund at the Community Foundation granted monies to the Moorestown Youth Baseball Federation. The Federation facilitated the construction of the field in partnership with the Township of Moorestown. The Federation was supported by committed family members and corporate volunteers with expertise in public works construction.
